The event is spread across the town centre which is entirely pedestrianised, we do however recommend being careful of other town centre users including ebikes and delivery vehicles.
You will need to register and pay online so that we can securely access your emergency contact details for the duration of the event.

Please ensure the following:

  • Fill in the form as accurately as you can
  • Do not share wristbands

  • Please note: The wristband allocated to you is for use by you only. Please do not pass on the wristband to an alternative participant who has not registered on our booking system.

    • Yes, the town centre is most certainly buggy friendly however, there may be areas that are more challenging.
    Yes, you can bring your dog and access all of the outside activities however, each indoor activity will be at the discression of the venue management.
    Refunds are not available for this event due to the complicated admin involved however, you can arrange to transfer your wristband to an alternative person by emailing us.
    Full details of parking will be included in the event instructions. These are normally sent around 7 days prior to the event.
    Toilets are avaiable in most of our participating venues in addition to the public toilets within Weaver Square.
    Not strictly speaking, however if you wish to use the toilets as a changing space, you're more than welcome.
    We will endeavour to provide a safe place for participants to leave bags, however this is NOT guarunteed to be secure and is used at participants own risk.
